Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter (Spanish/English)
Location: Columbia, MD (On-Site)
Overview:
A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring with them a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and an excitement to support a company's mission of building a talented workforce while enhancing diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate outreach via multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Utilize ATS and HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus) to track candidate status and maintain data integrity.
- Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, including EEO.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume hiring environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with Paylocity or similar ATS/HRIS software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
